BTMK Solicitors are looking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced candidate to join us in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department.
BTMK is looking for 3-5PQE Solicitor to join our team in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team.
This opportunity arises as a result of growing business needs and a high quality volume of work in the team.
With two Senior Directors and a department consisting of 9 team members across two BTMK offices, this presents a hugely exciting opportunity for the right candidate who is looking to progress their career, as well as to help the existing Directors to shape the team and to prepare for the next stage of growth.
The new team member will naturally be expected to have significant experience in this discipline, will be an accomplished solicitor with experience of managing their own caseload. The successful candidate should be looking forward to joining a highly regarded practice, with over 130 members of staff across four large office locations and with clear plans for growth and expansion over the next five years. BTMK has a clear formula for growth and career development.

The successful candidate for this role will be expected to meet with the current Heads of Department on a regular basis, and to help to shape the litigation and dispute resolution team with other non-director members of the team for the future.
Salary and remuneration commensurate with experience and responsibility.
Flexible and agile working will be considered but the needs of the business and clients must be borne in mind.
Appropriate support/PA support will be provided who will have knowledge of any existing caseload to be passed over but this will be a well-supported role via the Heads of Department.
