We were delighted again to be sponsoring Alfie’s Ball, which raises funds for the Special Care Baby Unit at Southend Hospital.
Alfie’s Ball is held yearly in honour and memory of Alfie Cox who was born sleeping at 21 weeks in 2016. This year’s 6th charity ball will take place on Saturday, July 6th, at The Rayleigh Club.
“BTMK is honoured to sponsor Alfie’s Ball for another year to help raise crucial funds for the ‘Mid and Southend Essex Hospital charity’. This annual Charity event organised by Emma and Danny Cox is in loving memory of their son, who was tragically born sleeping in July 2016.
This year marks the sixth edition of the event, which brings together a community of friends, family, and supporters for an unforgettable evening filled with exciting entertainment and an opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause. The proceeds from the event are dedicated to supporting the Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU) at Southend Hospital, positively impacting the lives of newborns and their families.”
Last year, Alfie’s Ball raised over £11,800 for Southend Hospital.
