Charlotte has over 13 years’ experience in family law, qualifying as a Fellow of the Institute for Chartered Legal Executives in 2010 and a Legal Executive Advocate in 2016. Charlotte is a member of the Children Law Panel and acts for children in proceedings.
During her time in family Charlotte has covered all areas of Family Law and has a keen interest in Public Law (care) Proceedings although enjoys every aspect of Family Law. Charlotte completed her FILEX qualification whilst working full time and showed extreme discipline, continuing to provide a high level of service to her case load whilst studying in her spare time. Charlotte puts her all into every case to ensure the best results for the clients. Charlotte is known for her warm, friendly, approachable yet firm manner with clients who have referred friends to the firm and Charlotte due to their past experiences. Charlotte regularly undertakes her own advocacy which includes appearing in the local County and Family Proceedings Courts from the initial hearings throughout the final hearings. Charlotte prides herself on being proactive and enthusiastic with excellent organisation and communication skills. She thrives under pressure and has a memory for the smallest details in a case.
If you ask Charlotte what her negatives are she would undoubtable say that she is too tidy and organised. Although Charlotte would see this as a positive as she can find everything immediately!
In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys taking part in sports, reading novels, and evenings at the cinema along with spending time with her friends.
