Fiona is a Director and Joint Head of the Litigation and Dispute Department. Fiona has 19 years’ experience in litigation, and specialises in injunctions and commercial litigation. Fiona regularly acts for client’s seeking to bring or defend High Court Injunction proceedings, and has particular experience of actions involving post termination restrictive covenants and breaches of confidentiality. Fiona has recently acted in significant value construction disputes and frequently deals with company law disputes including shareholder rights and unfair prejudice petitions. Fiona also leads the Employment Law team, which has successfully represented high profile individuals in complex discrimination complaints. Fiona has written various articles and commentaries which have featured in publications such as The Sun, the Financial Times, the Metro, HR Inform Magazine, People Management Online and HR Review Magazine.
