Gethan is a qualified solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial team at BTMK where he regularly advises on private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and general corporate governance advice.
Regarding his commercial work, Gethan specialises with commercial contracts for businesses across a full range of sectors, including agreements for the supply of goods and/or services, software licensing agreements (including SaaS), agency and distribution agreements, intellectual property licences, and more.
Gethan also frequently deals with commercial property whereby he deals with property purchases, sales, refinances, and the grant, assignment, and renewals of leases.
Clients often comment Gethan for having a composed and constructive commercial approach to matters, whilst also ensuring the presence of solid legal protection.
Gethan studied Law at Swansea University, and completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at The University of Law, London (Bloomsbury).
