Kelly is a qualified Solicitor, working for BTMK Marcus Baum at the Southend office. Prior to working for BTMK Kelly trained and worked locally. She is experienced in many aspects of property law, acting for both individuals and companies. The areas she covers includes residential purchases, sales, mortgages, remortgages, matrimonial transfers, deeds of gifts & trusts, lease creation, extension, variation and transfers of equity and equity release.
Kelly is also able to provide independent legal advice to individuals and directors where required by mortgage lenders.
Kelly prides herself on offering an approachable, personal and efficient service to her clients, to help guide and ease them through the conveyancing process. She spends her spare time keeping fit by running around after her young children!
