Sophie is a Solicitor in the Private Client Department at BTMK and currently based at our Rayleigh office. Sophie joined the Private Client Department at BTMK in 2015 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2020.
Sophie predominantly deals with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate but also has experience in the following:
- Deeds of Variations
- Lifetime Trusts (including Personal Injury Trusts, Discretionary Trusts and Deed of Trusts for property).
- Will Trusts (including Discretionary Trusts, Life Interest Trusts and Bare Trusts)
- Court of Protection applications
- Estate and Tax planning
Outside of work, Sophie enjoys socialising with friends and family, and spending time with her dog
