Umut deals with all aspects of commercial and residential property transactions including acquisition, disposal and re-finance of commercial property and acts for buyers, sellers, and investors in residential property transactions.
After working at a Higher Education Institution for several years, Umut joined the legal industry in 2007 and qualified as a solicitor in 2012. Having previously worked in London, Kent and Essex, Umut joined BTMKs Commercial Property team at our Rayleigh office in July 2022.
Outside of work, Umut enjoys spending time with his family, reading and playing football.
