Although Yolanda is a qualified Licenced Conveyancer she has nearly 11 years’ experience in all types of residential Conveyancing Transactions.
Yolanda joined BTMK Marcus Baum in 2012 as a young work experience student. She found conveyancing so interesting that she decided to continue working full time whilst undertaking the 4 year course to qualify as a Licensed Conveyancer. Yolanda has dealt with a variety of different residential matters and believes that communication is key when acting on behalf of her clients.
When not in the Southend office, Yolanda enjoys working on modified cars and attending car events, horse riding and being a super mum!
